Our ultimate goal is to help you and your dog develop a strong, trusting, and positive relationship. We believe in using gentle and effective methods for dog training, supported by scientific research and recommended by The American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior. Our approach is based on positive reinforcement and setting both you and your dog up for success!
We offer services both online and in person, so you can choose what works best for you, or combine both options if needed. Payment plans are available upon request.
Training is held in your home, for both your and your dog’s comfort and convenience.
*Training sessions can be held at our YouthBuild Training Center upon request*
If you live more than 20 miles from Bloomington/Normal, sessions must be done either online or at the YouthBuild Center.
Day-training programs are held in the trainer's home or another suitable location based on training goals.

We know that walking your beloved pup can sometimes be a bit of a challenge, especially if they tend to pull on the leash, get anxious around other dogs, or have a strong urge to chase after cars and critters. But don't worry, we've got your back!
Our "Walk & Train" program is designed to help you and your furry friend have a more relaxed and enjoyable walk together. Whether you'd like to join us for training sessions with your dog and our experienced trainer, or have us take your pup for a walk and some fun training practice while you're away or at work, we're here to make sure your furry friend gets the exercise and positive reinforcement they need.

We are excited to offer you two types of day training programs: half-day and full-day training sessions! These take place in the trainers home or any other desired locations (parks, pet stores etc).
Our program focuses on teaching your dog life-skills, leash walking, and fine-tuning any other specific training needs that your furry friend may have. We make sure to include plenty of playtime and fun as well!
At our training program, we believe that you are just as important as your dog! After each session, we will provide you with updates on what skills to continue working on at home, how to do so, and give you follow-ups to ensure that you and your dog meet your training goals!
If you are not a current client, don't worry! You can sign up for a consultation beforehand to determine your training goals and availability.
